BOOK DIRECT - By booking directly with us, you are guaranteed a cheaper rate. Reservations can be made via our secure booking system or by telephoning us. We can offer a discount for returning guests.

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, bank transfers and cash payments.

Arrival and departure

Check-in: 3pm onwards. Please give us an estimated time of arrival and we ask that you telephone/text/email us if you are delayed and/or will be arriving late.

Check-Out: Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.

Deposit Policy

We require a deposit equal to the first night's stay to confirm your direct booking. The full balance will not be taken until 1 day prior to arrival so please ensure that your card details are valid on booking. Payments can be made by credit or debit card.

Cancellation Policy

We are a small, independent business and cancellations can have a large impact on us. We do, however, appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can happen and we try to be as understanding and helpful as possible in these cases.

There is no charge for cancellations outside 1 day, prior to arrival date (3pm the day before arrival).

Any cancellations made within 1 day prior to your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if we are able to re-let your room(s), we will refund your deposit, minus an administration fee of £20.

Alternatively your deposit can be offset against a future stay, providing a reservation is made within six months of cancellation. Should you not arrive for your booked stay (no-show) then the total cost of your reservation will be charged.

Pets

We regret we do not accept pets.

Smoking

There is strictly no smoking in the bed and breakfast, use of candles and similar items in the rooms is also prohibited.
