Our four individually designed rooms; Y Fferws, Y Llwchwr, Y Cennen and Yr Aman are named after local rivers nearby the bed and breakfast. All are appointed to a high standard, with quality fixtures, furnishings and fittings, luxurious 400 thread count Egyptian cotton bed linen and high quality towels. Our en-suites are equiped with excellent showers; Y Llwchwr boasting a large wet room, Y Cennen has a shower and Y Fferws and Yr Aman having the best of both worlds with a large bath with victorian style shower over. Each en-suite has a heated towel rail and light sensored mirror with a built in shaver point and demister pad and Myddfai toiletries, sourced locally from an excellent social enterprise. 

Sumptious, heavy curtains in each room are fully interlined with blackout material with cushions and runners complementing the curtains. 

Our accommodation has been sympathetically refurbished and furnished to reflect the late Georgian period and former role of the building, whilst providing modern and comfortable facilities for the discerning guest. Facilities include:

Y Fferws, Y Llwchwr and Yr Aman are located on the first floor and Y Cennen on the ground floor with one step into the bedroom.

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, bank transfers and cash payments. 

Arrival and departure

Check-in: 3pm onwards. Please give us an estimated time of arrival and we ask that you telephone/text/email us if you are delayed and/or will be arriving late.

Check-Out: Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.

Deposit Policy

We require a deposit equal to the first night's stay to confirm your booking. The deposit will not be taken until 1 day prior to arrival so please ensure that your card details are valid on booking. Payments can be made by credit or debit card.

Cancellation Policy

We are a small, independent business and cancellations can have a large impact on us. We do, however, appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can happen and we try to be as understanding and helpful as possible in these cases. 

There is no charge for cancellations outside 1 day, prior to arrival date. 

Any cancellations made within 1 day prior to your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if we are able to re-let your room(s), we will refund your deposit, minus an administration fee of £20. 

Alternatively your deposit can be offset against a future stay, providing a reservation is made within six months of cancellation. Should you not arrive for your booked stay (no-show) then the total cost of your reservation will be charged. 

Pets 

We regret we do not accept pets.

Smoking

There is strictly no smoking in the bed and breakfast, use of candles and similar items in the rooms is also prohibited.
